Fred Whitman from here?[edit]

Is this the Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia (ambiguous term) that was birthplace of Fred Whitman? "Frederick Primrose Whitman (9 March 1896 – 21 December 1974) was a Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was born in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia and became a salesman by career. Whitman was educated in the public and secondary schools of Lawrencetown, then attended the University of Alberta ...." The only source in the article is an official brief House of Commons biography.

This is only circumstantial evidence, but the Whitman name crops up a lot in this history of Lawrentown. Derek Andrews (talk) 16:51, 27 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
