I introduced several minor amendments to the page. I replaced "Ph.D." with a little more proper "J.D." [Juris Doctor, as equivalent for Polish "doktor nauk prawnych"]. I also mentioned, that since mid-2005 legal counsels may represent their customers in almost every cases, except criminal ones (I don't want to bother anyone with details about differences between purely criminal and criminal-fiscal proceedings)MWeinz 15:24, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I changed J.D. back to Ph.D. as it was impossible to understand what the hell was meant by J.D. when reading the article. If you strongly oppose Ph.D how about putting some more explaination other than just J.D. in the document since noone will understand what you are talking about.

Family already in the profession[edit]

"Previously it was almost impossible to became a lawyer without support from family already in the profession." - that's a POV, not a fact. "Almost impossible" is far too much, wouldn't it be better to say that nepotism is a known and severe problem? I am but a humble reader and not an editor, but think about that. M.

As someone who lives in poland and deals with the legal system, I know first-hand that it was practically impossible to become a lawyer without family support. So I think that this statement should stay, but I agree that there should be some more explaination as to why it was so difficult, perhaps with some references (could be hard to find in english though...). It isnt POV, but a sad fact.
