Verify, Technical[edit]

I have a problem with the following statement:

"... (L2F) permits the tunneling of the link layer (i.e., HDLC or SLIP frames) of higher level protocols..."

Are you implying that SLIP is a higher evel protocol than L2F? They are both Link Layer protocols. (see TCP/IP model, OSI model.) If you are implying that you are transposing the link layer frames/packets of SLIP or PPP then you should explicitly say so.
