Parisian Pic

It would be appropriate with a pic of the institution in Paris. It is nigh on obscene with a pic instead of one of the affiliates.

Then take one, upload it to commons, and add it here. Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a photo of the affiliate school. It's a Le Cordon Bleu institution, whether or not it is physically located in Paris. --132 21:43, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

Old discussion

LCB Atlanta does not fit with the course description listed in this article. I wonder if other US LCB branches also fall into this... Any thoughts?

I think the external links section should be gutted. Stick to the main Cordon Bleu page, and all other regional institutes should not be listed (not useful for most readers, accessible through google for those actually looking for them).--Boffob (talk) 07:47, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

Ming Tsai

Chef Tsai didn't graduate from LCB Paris, he spent a summer there as a sophmore in college, should we clarify or just drop him from there? Legotech (talk) 09:51, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

If he's not an alumnus, I'll remove him. I'll also remove the fictional alumni, that's just plain unnecessary.--Boffob (talk) 20:21, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Opening sentence is wildly inaccurate and unsupported by the old "Way Back Machine" cached link

Le Cordon Bleu shutdown almost all of its locations in North America in 2016. This is what led me to this article. The article claims "50" schools and over "20,000" students, citing an archived version of the "About Us" page at Le Cordon Bleu's website from many years ago, before the closures. Even that link provides no information to support either number. If we subtract the USA locations known to be closed (http://www.chefs.edu/locations/chicago, http://www.chefs.edu/locations/atlanta, http://www.chefs.edu/locations/portland, http://www.chefs.edu/locations/scottsdale, etc, etc) or simply count the list of locations in the article claimed to be opened, the number of schools is at most 20. I will make an edit accordingly.
