There are a couple of issues. First, the case presents only Garcia's arguments and does not present any of the arguments of the State of Texas. Second, the references listed likewise only present Garcia's POV. Information on the State's position, although readily available, is omitted. GregJackPBoomer! 05:44, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
