Open Source[edit]

The most recent page edit suggests xAPI is proprietary, which it is not. It is licensed Open Source under Apache 2. See: https://github.com/adlnet/xAPI-Spec/blob/master/xAPI.md. suggest modifying this language to reflect reality. The tone of the previous edit to include this makes me think it was a somewhat impartial addition in the first place...
