Deleted "no marriage record ..."[edit]

Deleted "However, no marriage record is currently included in the Western States Marriage Index", as the source is not a definitive source for absence of a non-marriage, also, a marriage record exists at the LDS' FamilySearch site: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V281-895 (marriage of Jameson Hawkins and Julia V. Offutt, 02 Oct 1878, Pettis, Missouri).
