Assessment[edit]

This article is B-class with respect to Sheffield's career, but it has very little information about his childhood, education, young adulthood or later personal life, so I'll leave it at C-class for now. He was in his 30s by the time he joined DOC, so we need to know what he did for those early decades. -- Ssilvers (talk) 18:58, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Full Name[edit]

It may interest you all to know that my great-great-grandfather was Thorpe Sheffield. I can therefore vouch for the fact that Leo's full name was Arthur Leo Wilson. His brothers were named Robert Thorpe Wilson (1866-1908) and Edward Sheffield Wilson (1865-1908). His parents were James Walker Wilson (born 1839) and Alice, née Sheffield (1844-1911). The three brothers lived in Malton, Yorkshire for their childhood. Edward never married and Robert married Ada Jane Hills the late 1890s. Clements1997 (talk) 11:45, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, we cannot make that change without a published source. Can you please supply published sources that show that information? Thanks! For more information, please see WP:V and WP:OR. -- Ssilvers (talk) 15:29, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
