This article needs a complete re-write, phrases like damn fine pub and famous for its fantastic snookers tournaments where people from miles around come to take part and Famous tournament featured 2 people crawling round table 1 of the snooker club chasing each other to decide who won sounds more life a converstion in the Pub. the rest of the text featured below is just plain nonsense and has no place in Wikipedia

The tournaments have a break for food, normally after 1 frame. The food has sometimes been more famous than the actual snooker/darts/fishing/breeze quiz tournaments which has caused unrest in some media circles, though is most famous for the vast quantity of garlic pizza eaten, even the long haired bass player has had some!!

Lessingham also consumes more fairy cakes than any other village in the UK
