Dictionary entry[edit]

Many encyclopedia entries are also terms that are defined in dictionaries. Not all dictionary terms need corresponding encyclopedia articles. An article on the term 'light-year' makes sense as a place to describe the concept of expressing distance in terms of how far light travels in a given time interval. Substituting 'year' with other units of time measurement and making a stub on each one is unnecessary clutter.
