This may be the only bid for these games but there is still a bid and it will obviously win b/c its the only one. However, it is completely illogical to delete this page. After a city bids and wins does the page on their bid get deleted? No. Rio 2016 had a bid wiki page. It was not deleted after it won. Olympic Games related articles should have an organized logical process and consistency. If a city bids then it should have a page. Yes, this is a youth olympics but its still an olympics.
