Proposed split[edit]

We are usually supposed to have separate articles for EC numbers and human genes. Now obviously we should not call the enzyme article just "EC 1.14.19.3"; acyl-CoA 6-desaturase and Delta 6 desaturase would be better names. Artoria 2e5 🌉 11:41, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
