Organization type correct?[edit]

Infobox currently says 149(1), Income Tax Act (Canada) which I think would mean it should be findable via http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html but it isn't. http://www.lpi.org/about/ says "LPI was formally incorporated as a non-profit organization in New Brunswick, Canada on October 25, 1999." Is "was" merely in agreement with the act of incorporation happening in the past, or does it indicate LPI is no longer so incorporated? Mike Linksvayer (talk) 22:45, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
