It would be great if there was some background information on each of the electors on their own page. Anybody want to get to work on this, and maybe start a trend? I'd like to know what type of people elected the president instead of me.

I definitely would love to know more about the people that are doing the real electing. Unfortunately, Wikipedia has a Wikipedia:Notable requirement. Most of the electors are quite ordinary people besides the fact they are electors. I think we should check if there is already a Wikipedia article for the electors, if not try to fill in a line to describe who they are.Kgrr (talk) 00:18, 16 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Information available[edit]

If you are interested a lot of information on the 2008 electors can be found at this wikia article and at the related links.--Filll (talk | wpc) 01:41, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I believe at least one of these entries might be incorrect: Michael McNerney of Pleasanton, CA, elector for California's 11th congressional district.

Jerry McNerney is the Congressman from Pleasanton, CA and Michael is his son. Did the author of this list perhaps mean to type Jerry rather than Michael?

In response to the above suggestion, Wiki has a wonderful page on Congressman Jerry McNerney. McNerney also has a website which can be easily found through your computer's search engine. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.101.165.194 (talk) 00:38, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
