Merge with List of African American United States Cabinet Secretaries?[edit]

One problem I ran into while looking over a list of black secretaries is that all but like three are already mentioned on this page. Louis Wade Sullivan served as the Secretary of Health and Human Services during the elder George Bush's administration (1989-1993). Can someone please add him to the chart?

Hyphen?[edit]
