Divisions[edit]

Wondering about the divisions here, what is the thinking on that ? The larger section is second, rather than first, is there a reason for that ? if chronological order was taken into account, they'd be the other way also, is that correct ? Penyulap_talk 04:07, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It does not make any sense for the division. It almost seems like the authors have generalised the Asians in what they assume as two race categories, when it is nothing like that. Asia is extremely diverse and it is not appropriate to categorize a set of cultures/countries in different categories. Footy2000♡; 18:22, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, and the list has internal contradiction. For example, Eytan Stibbe is of 'predominantly european ancestry' but is included in the main list, while the asian russians are not. Additionally, Kjell Lindgren is not of 'predominantly european (or asian) ancestry' and is excluded from the main list.
