It's quite a stretch to list Falcons of Narabedla and Door Into Space as Darkover books, since although they do seem to share some themes and images with the Darkover books, they do not actually take place on Darkover, and are inconsistent with the rest of the series. Suggest deleting these from the list, and, if desired, putting them in a separate list at the end. Lulu71339 (talk) 18:58, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've no objection to your having moved these two books to the end of the list. However, I think they should remain in the article. Both books were considered part of the Darkover series by two sources as late as 1976 and Ace Books certainly marketed them as part of the series. In fact, I recall that the marketing blurb cited (from the Ace edition of The Winds of Darkover), actually mentions the setting for one of the novels as being on Darkover, though I suspect that the blurb probably misrepresents the setting (I've not read these books). Regardless of whether these two novels are now considered Darkover books, they certainly were considered to be at one time. Hopefully the notes make that clear. --Rtrace (talk) 20:16, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Darkover Short Stories[edit]

This article is rather novel-centric. Why are Bradley's short stories set on Darkover not being considered? "Centaurus Changeling" (1954) is clearly set in Darkover's universe.Dan Quigley (talk) 04:03, 3 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Add Darkover Chronology Column?[edit]

Since the table can be made sortable, a column could be added to help sort the books by a rough in-universe chronology by Darkover age? Age-spanning short story collections might be their own category that sorts at the end. 76.126.230.239 (talk) 19:59, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
