Untitled[edit]

In the time that I'm on my computer during my break, I'm going to do a major project with this article. ForestH2 | + | √+ | | √- | - 21:29, 2 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

CLEANUP

This article contains many grammar and spelling problems, as well as some POV statments. Please help by correcting and rewriting these specific mistakes.

JuWiki (Talk <> Resources) 16:08, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Was this article, by any chance...[edit]

...written by a 10-year-old fangirl? I mean, some of the first episode summaries are okay, but from there, it just gets worse. Incoherent, misleading, and aren't really good summaries of the episodes. Not to mention the last on the list...71.214.180.171 (talk) 18:46, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

7031: Agreed. Some of this article is completely rubbish and should be rewritten. I might if I am up to it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.193.132.105 (talk) 18:39, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Season 1?[edit]

Why aren't the Season 1 episodes required anymore? --Llama man 00:27, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because there useless redirects and now at Season 1 episodes for Drake & Josh --ForestH2 15:53, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One big episode list[edit]

Instead of the D&J episodes divided by seasons, they should really be put them all together. Quasyboy 12:37 20 October 2006 (UTC)

Huh?[edit]

What are episodes 58-60 about? I can't find anything on the internet telling about them or even giving a name. Little Darius Penguin 21:53, 21 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

Two things need to be done. The season page's info needs to go into seperate episode articles. And all the episodes need to be listed on this page using Template:Episode list. Anyone want to help me? - Peregrinefisher 09:14, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Note on the season pages. It looks like they were the result of a vandal. User:ForestH2 was responsible for redirecting a lot of them. - Peregrinefisher 06:54, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Future episode pages[edit]

These will need to be sorted out at some point. - Peregrinefisher 06:51, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Are these episodes confirmed? If so, where at? Just wondered cause there are usually 20 episodes in a season, and if these are all real episodes, there will be about 25 I guess (which is cool, but different from the usual number) Jack 02:08, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Screenshots[edit]

Does anyone know a website that would make it easy to find a screenshot for each episode? - Peregrinefisher 06:52, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I found some screen caps here but I don't know which episode(s) they belong with. Can someone help? - Peregrinefisher 22:31, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[1] This has like all the episodes, whoever can pick some good ones.Ryflyguy 02:03, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I added the first two. I you want to add more you can use Image:Drake & Josh season 1 episode 2.jpg as a template. - Peregrine Fisher 02:24, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Battle of Panthatar[edit]

It did not air on March 25. It should be removed.

Single episodes[edit]

I plan on redirecting these per WP:EPISODE soon. Information from multiple secondary sources must be present for a single episode to need an article. This includes reception and development. Single plot summaries and trivia don't make a substantial article. I suggest Wikia and tv.com as alternate venues for this information. TTN 18:05, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'll be doing this soon if there are no objections. TTN 16:29, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Episode errors[edit]

try to go to the page for "Drivers License" and other such pages with names that are real things and it redirects to the page for that.

What happened to the links?[edit]

Almost none of the links for the episodes work anymore. What happened, and do their pages still exist or have they been deleted?

(I don't know who made the above comment but...

    • My particular issue has resolved itself. [[User::TTN]] merged the I Love Sushi page here too, which took care of about half of the broken links created by removing the Alien Invasion article. Andrew.langmead 17:23, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

annasophia robb[edit]

i dont remember what episode she stars in nor do i remember what she says or does can someone tell me63.166.254.137 02:33, 22 June 2007 (UTC)medayugiohman[reply]

As Liza in "Number One Fan". 72.229.124.71 08:36, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New York?[edit]

Is there really going to be an episode called "Drake and Josh in New York!"? I don't remember that being announced. Spottedstripe 00:39, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Links redux[edit]

The same thing that happened to the episode links is happening on some other shows list of episodes. the person who reverted the links into a continious loop should be banned from wikipedia. to find out whos doing this and to have him banned, check the history pages. from User:Emigdioofmiami

Episodes...[edit]

Please![edit]

Will you guy please stop redirecting some episodes into this page, it's getting annoying!!! 24.251.234.86 02:56, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

they are not notable. --Jack Merridew 11:50, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Someone do Something![edit]

All of the episodes either redirect to the episode page, go to a page which the episode is based off of, or it goes to the Disambiguation page. The only one that work correctly are "Mean Teacher" and the two T.V. movies, but I'm sure someone will mess that up to. Someonne needs to fix this. SonicX000000 14:03, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I fixed it. Now "Mean Teacher" redirects here just like all the others. You're welcome.
OK. In all seriousness, the episodes were all redirected back here because the vast majority of them contained nothing but a small plot summary (which is still here) and a ton of particularly trivial trivia. Check above at the section "Single episodes" for Wikipedia's technical reason. The TV movies are more notable than a standard episode, so those were kept. The individual episodes were not notable to need their own pages. Plenty of TV shows have the exact same deal. You'll really only find TV show episodes with individual pages if the pages are written up to the standard of a Wikipedia article, and that usually only happens with popular shows, or popular episodes of average shows. Sure, there are still some episode pages of the same quality as these, but they will all eventually reach the same fate. By the way -- I also removed the links to the episodes (which just redirect back to the episode page), so that people won't get confused (and so the less bright will not try to recreate them). -Platypus Man | Talk 05:50, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've just fixed this again, too; it is annoying. --Jack Merridew 11:50, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unmerge the Episodes and List of drake and josh episodes[edit]

Can you please unmerge the episodes with list of draje and josh episodes ty! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ihatestartrek (talkcontribs) 03:19, August 21, 2007 (UTC).

Copy editing seriously needed[edit]

Someone should really copy-edit this page. It is littered with typos and grammatical errors, which makes it annoying to read.

Editing[edit]

I am already trying to edit this page becuase it is wirten like a three year-old wrote it. Refresh100 (talk) 12:13, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Megan[edit]

Why didn't they make an episode where Drake and Josh actually get revenge on Megan? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.228.245.45 (talk) 16:45, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That is irrelevant for this page. User:EuroJordan 19:00 November 5, 2007 —Preceding comment was added at 00:58, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is it true...[edit]

That Dan Schneider guest starred in "Alien Invasion" at the end when Megan counterpranks Drake and Josh by sending in her own alien? After Drake and Josh get freaked out and run away, I remember hearing Megan refer to the other guy in the alien suit as "Dan". Tenk you veddy much. --Wack'd Talk to me!Admire my handiwork! 15:10, 25 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dune Buggy[edit]

I am getting conflicting evidence as to whether this episode is episode 2 or episode 6 of the season. Could somebody clarify that? Ed-dg (talk) 09:26, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Return of Milo, Happy Birthday Megan, and Drake's Dad and Josh's Mom.[edit]

These are REAL episodes but they are unaired. They should be added to the bottom of the list with "TBA" on the dates.

Also, What the heck is the gaduation of Drake and Josh???209.86.226.13 (talk) 19:07, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

None of those episodes are real episodes. They were all added to the IMDB (which is not a reliable source) by overzealous fans. Twenty episodes were produced for season four (or 18 regular length episodes and one double-episode, depending on which way you look at it), and they have all aired. – Elected 19:27, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Real or not, they're also listed on epguides.com, TV.com, and Pazsaz Entertainment Network. Assuming they do exist and are unaired, "Happy Birthday Megan" also seems to be under the title "The Birthday Party," but IMDb has them listed separatley. ----DanTD (talk) 23:08, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

I was skimming through the article when I found this on The Storm:

Note: Brief Appearance by Josh Peck as Josh Nichols.

This is obviously incorrect because he is a main character. I will delete this.EuroJordan (talk) 19:27, 24 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Song[edit]

What song is playing when Josh is on his dating montage? I've tried to find it by the name of "here i go again" but naver can. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Roxygrl1221 (talkcontribs) 02:22, 26 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Revision[edit]

OK, this page is quite obviously a mess. I'm going to look for some external links and possibly refs and definitely clean up the grammar, maybe add more substance to the plots. Post a comment if anyone has an objection; this will be ongoing for a couple of weeks. Ardavu 08:35, 17 June 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ardavu (talkcontribs)

60 episodes of Drake & Josh[edit]

I was reading one of Dan Schneider's blogs, and he stated that he produced a total of 60 episodes of Drake & Josh but according to this page there's only 57. Can someone inform me of what happened with the episode count? Or was he counting the TV Movies? WikiMaster500 (talk) 00:56, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

October not July[edit]

The season 3 episodes that say that aired in July actually aired in October 24.42.82.97 (talk) 22:34, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Foam Fingure aired 8 October 2005, Paging Dr. Drake aired 1 October 2005, Sheep Thrills aired 22 October 2005, and Girl Power aired 15 October 2005 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.42.82.97 (talk) 22:38, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Need help fixing.[edit]

Some random guy decided to add the series finale into season 5. I tried fixing it, but I couldn't. Please fix that, if you have the time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Babar Suhail (talkcontribs) 17:10, 11 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Link episodes[edit]

Someone should make separate pages for each episode and link them in the episode list for people who want to find out more about a specific episode. Also the separate episode pages can list guest stars, etc. Jay (talk) 19:35, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Have started linking the episodes. Feel free to jump in! Drake and Josh is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen! Jay (talk) 00:59, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hope someone is here. Anyways, according to Sky, the articles that I created are not notable enough with not enough notable sources. Can any of you help out and find better sources for the articles? Thanks! Jay (talk) 02:40, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

In general, most TV show episodes are not independently notable, and should not have standalone articles. That goes double for a show like Drake & Josh, which itself is a low notability TV series... --IJBall (contribstalk) 05:47, 4 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It should be the other way around. All of the episode articles for this show should be merged into this list as they do not meet notability. There is no secondary coverage independent of the subject. No discussion from critics. The articles that do have a reference is mainly to prove that the episode aired or existed, or that it had a TV rating. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 17:55, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I agree -- these episodes have existed for months with the notability problems. I don't see how the notability issues can be fixed -- they should be merged here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aoi (talkcontribs) 20:46, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
