The biography page linked to Mary Jo Quinlan's name (Business) notes that she is an alumna of St. Josephs's in Philadelphia, not Fordham.--Shoreranger 15:14, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

She has a Fordham MBA too. [1]--Mantanmoreland 15:31, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Anh "Joseph" Cao, the first Vietnamese-American elected to congress, received a MA in Philosophical Resources (the philosophy degree for Jesuit scholastics) from Fordham. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/07/us/07louisiana.html?adxnnl=1&ref=politics&adxnnlx=1228676814-7pWL8/oPBMbMPSXBPd41qQ

Jonathon Edington[edit]

According to CNN[2], he has a Fordham Law degree, but I'm waiting for consensus before adding him to the list. Thoughts? Wl219 21:12, 31 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know about that. This is a fairly minor arrest, isn't it? I don't think this makes him notable. I can see if he committed a major crime. Now that would be notable!--Mantanmoreland 21:40, 31 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think murder counts as a major crime, no? Wl219 06:51, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There were a bunch of WP:NN people, people without articles, that I rm. These seemed to be confined to several areas. Other areas seemed to be more careful about this. Inserting people with no article makes Fordham seem "hard up" for notables. I don't think they are. Note that if the people really exist they can be stubbed with WP:RELY references in new articles. Student7 (talk) 12:21, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Still having some problems. The worst is that there is nothing tying these people to Fordham except an observation in the bio. We need a WP:RELY footnote that does this. We also need a class of graduation or would have graduated if non-grad, for credibility.
For entertainment, some editor has tried to insert resumes of the bios. These are neither wanted nor needed. "Professional actress" is all that is wanted. The rest, an interested reader can discover by linking to the article. Student7 (talk) 13:13, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
