@Hijk910 So what is this? Neither the kanji titles nor the romaji titles, absoulte WP:FANCRUFT stuff. And there was no consensus in the original article as it was added by yourself. But still want to bring up one thing: the title reference is the reason why some titles are translated differently from their literal meaning. For example, Ch. 3, Vol 2, while the literal meaning is "Even being a stalker, I Want to Be in Love" (ストーカーでも恋がしたい!), the title was translated by previous editor into "Love, Stalkers and Other Delusions", which is referenced to Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, the English official title of the book series.

I suggest editors stick with that in the future. I see lost of this trend after Vol.8. For this reason, put a history here for anyone's reference: [1]. Not nonsense at all. -Hijk910 (talk) 04:26, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

Take the series as an example—Hensuki: Are You Willing to Fall in Love with a Pervert, as Long as She's a Cutie? (Japanese: 可愛ければ変態でも好きになってくれますか？, Hepburn: Kawaikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasuka?)—"可愛ければ変態でも好きになってくれますか？" is the series' romaji titles, while "Kawaikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasuka?" is the kanji titles. The same situation should've applied here. Since the series has not acquired by any English publisher, which means there are no official English titles, any translation into English would be fine as long as literally correct. Once the series is published in English, we should implement the official English titles. First, that’s not just kanji but a mixture of kanji and kana. Your term confused me. Is it how this is called in the English world? All the chapter title references refer to original Japanese titles.

Second, while the footnote involves judgement, I believe that that is the judgment needed to be made when translating the titles. The footnotes give readers info of what those titles exactly mean. Higher quality of translation is what I mean. -Hijk910 (talk) 05:50, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

Using {{nihongo|||}} templates in terms of formatting for these titles. e.g. {{Nihongo|''Hensuki: Are You Willing to Fall in Love with a Pervert, as Long as She's a Cutie?''|可愛ければ変態でも好きになってくれますか？|Kawaikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasuka?}} Other stuff adds nothing but WP:FANCRUFT and WP:ORIGINAL. Improve the quality of the translation of those titles...by adding works which have nothing to do with the series? Are you serious? While it seems these works are possible "references", none of the volumes actually citing these works as parodies, failing a) WP:FANCRUFT, b) WP:ORIGINAL and c) WP:TRIVIA. Moreover, it seems that these unofficial English titles were copied from Hensuki wiki fandom, which fails WP:CV. Unnamelessness (talk) 03:25, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
