References for publishers[edit]

Regarding the publishers I haven't yet referenced:

  • I cannot identify a website for the listed Malay publisher, PCM Comics. However, given the malay.wiki article lists it as the licensor, I see no reason to doubt the accuracy of the statement. So consider it as likely true but unverified for now.
  • The Random House Korea website has massive holes in its catalog, especially when it comes to comics -- it is very easy to find Bookbox editions that exist on multiple seller websites that aren't listed on the publisher site. And that includes all 18 volumes of 결계사. Very irritating. For now, I used the Google Books listing for the first volume, which per guidelines is better than a commercial site, until we can get a good reference.

And that's just the publishers we know of -- who knows what we're missing. —Quasirandom (talk) 14:32, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why remove other licensors?[edit]

In all seriousness -- why? That it is multiply licensed is just as relevant as, say, winning the Shogakukan Award and having an anime adaptation: to support the notability of the list. —Quasirandom (talk) 21:17, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(Also, although this is a wikilawyering answer, this is a spinout section of the main article and per guidelines that means we can't have anything there we don't have here -- which means if something is mentioned there because it's relevant, it is must be here. That this sometime results in awkwardness I won't deny, but such is the guideline we need to work with. —Quasirandom (talk) 21:20, 9 August 2009 (UTC))[reply]

I question the necessity of the rewrite in the first place. AFAIK, the old version of the lead was closer to what is desired in featured manga chapter lists. ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 18:42, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I wouldn't object if you revert.... —Quasirandom (talk) 20:54, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, mine was not further from the desired featured manga chapter lists? My bad. DragonZero (talk) 07:38, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
