All-Star Games 2001&2002 mixed up=[edit]

2001 featured the only tie game in its history not 2002 as indicated. Cal Ripken, Jr. did win the MVP for the game however despite the clear tie. I do not have the knowledge of the score and MVP for the 2002 American League victory. Would someone please find the score and MVP to have this updated please.

No, they're not---2001 was 4-1 AL, and Cal Ripken, Jr. was the MVP. Source: Baseball Almanac, http://www.baseball-almanac.com/. Also, Cal Ripken, Jr.'s last game was October 6, 2001, so he obviously didn't play in the 2002 All-Star Game. 2002 was indeed the tie, featuring MY favorite All-Star moment: Torii Hunter leaping up to rob Barry Bonds of a home run, and Ichiro Suzuki uttering one of the few English words he knew at the time (hint: expletive deleted).
