Removed list of GM's[edit]

Removing the below list of GM's for a few reasons:

Entirely unsourced and I don't have the bandwidth to fix it
Has unexplained gaps
No consistency in dates
This should live in its own wikipedia page, or, if not notable, it should live in the New England Revolution page.

I'm working to get this page to FL status and want to separate out the information I can't verify.

@Me Da Wikipedian: Hey, this article definitely underwent a 5x expansion that finished in the last week. The entirety of the “Managerial History” section is new: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_New_England_Revolution_managers&oldid=1220820808. If you look before April 22nd, there was even less of a lede: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_New_England_Revolution_managers&oldid=1219433381. - @Brindille1: As far I can tell, there has not been five-fold expansion, but still a lot of it. And for the purposes of DYK only the past week is counted. Article coverage is neutral with the prose being consistently backed by reliable, high-quality sources formatted with inline citations. Though it's rather embarrassing to see as a Revs fan, ALT0 is unfortunately the most interesting hook out of the bunch, with ALT2 being second-best. All hooks are sourced and mentioned in the prose. No QPQ requirement necessary for this user. Here's to hoping the Revs can at least get the #1 draft pick next year... in the meantime, this nom is good to go!
