History note[edit]

Colour restoration[edit]

The surviving black and white film recordings of episode six from the first series have had the colour restored, at least partially - an excerpt of the desert sketch was shown on a recent compilation show. It used the chroma dot recovery system which can recover colour information hidden in the black and white film recording. David (talk) 22:56, 15 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
