House show in Paris, France[edit]

I know that Melina lost the title to Mickie James at a house show in Paris, and then won it back later in the evening. However, neither title change is recognized by WWE, and shouldn't be included until it is. Nikki311 19:33, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Jacqueline[edit]

If Jacqueline won the women's title on September 15th 1998, defeating Sable, then why does it say in the notes page that she defeated sable for it on September 21st. Also on Jacquelines article it says she won it on September 14th. Im confused. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.207.48.30 (talk) 14:45, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bruno Lauer[edit]

The article about Bruno Lauer says that this guy won the title between Miss Kitty and Hervina. Maybe someone should add it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alextu (talkcontribs) 07:50, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Moolah's reign[edit]

Is there anyway to show how long Moolah's reign lasted in days both with and without the unrecognised champions that came after her? Like having one in brackets and one out of it? Shouldn't it be made clear if the list of champions by combined length includes that whole time or recognises the unofficial title changes? Tony2Times (talk) 16:12, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've added a note. TJ Spyke 18:48, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just read an article on wwe.com that said that the fabulous moolah's reighn as wwe women's champion lasted an unpresidented 34 years. here is the link: http://www.wwe.com/shows/smackdown/articles/10774198/10780480?cid=2009EP-00 --JereMerr 15:25, 9 July 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jeremerr (talkcontribs)

It's already noted in the article, WWE ignores all the title changes before they bought the belt from Moolah in the early 80s. TJ Spyke 15:31, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Divas Championship[edit]

Is the Michelle McCool note needed? She didn't hold them both simultaneously. I can't think of any other title history that lists someone being the first to hold seperate titles on seperate occasions. Tony2Times (talk) 22:55, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

McCools title reign being held back[edit]

Michelle McCool has been title holder for 214 days yet it says 186? ive seen this happen constantly during McCools title reign. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.107.55.214 (talk) 23:57, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Um, it does say 214 (while, 215 now since Wikipedia is set to GMT). So what are you talking about? And don't say it said 186 when you wrote the comment because it did not. TJ Spyke 00:37, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It had Michelle McCool on 180-something just in front of Sable —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.107.55.214 (talk) 15:46, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not when you posted your comment (the logs are there). The last time the page said that was over a month ago, the correct time has been since since then. I don't get how you thought my above comment was rude either. TJ Spyke 15:59, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

List of combined reigns[edit]

The list of combined reigns does not make any sense if there are competitors with only 1 reign in that list. The List should be called top reigns since it really ranks the amount of days held by the competitiors and it includes single reigns not only combined reigns. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.201.35.211 (talk) 00:21, 16 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It is a statistics table. It is to show how many days each champion was champion. That includes all wrestlers. Usually there is a note present to explain this. It however is missing from this old FL.--WillC 18:21, 16 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Layla's reign[edit]

On wwe.com, Layla is recognised as the sole champion, on both the Title History and SmackDown Superstars pages. Why does this article list both Layla and Michelle McCool as co-holders? I did edit this out yesterday, but it's since been reverted back, despite no official sources supporting this erroneous information.

NumberlessFreeMan (talk) 12:50, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Layla's reign ended[edit]

Her reign ended, the women's championship is retired according to wwe.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by Amare135 (talkcontribs) 22:35, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

By looking at WWE.com, the title is not listed under the retired section so that is incorrect. Also, there is no end-date added to her reign page which means it is still continuing.--WillC 04:17, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong year[edit]

"Defeated Judy Grable in a tournament final to become the NWA World Women's Champion. Moolah sold the title to the World Wrestling Federation in 1984, and she was recognized exclusively as the WWF Women's Champion. WWE does not recognize any of the title changes before 1984, considering Moolah's reign to be 10,170 days."

But in the name history it says NWA until 1983, and WWF from 1983 onwards. So what is the correct year? 83 or 84?WrestlingLegendAS (talk) 13:23, 29 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Mickie James combined reigns[edit]

She’s listed as a 6 times champion even though she is a 5 times champion. Ron234 (talk) 17:22, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Alundra Blayze's second reign[edit]

Any truth to the claim made by OSW Review that Alundra Blayze's reign started earlier than April 3, 1995? 2601:190:C400:D010:8A3:D488:E831:C68D (talk) 09:11, 1 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Official date of transition between NWA and WWF[edit]

I've scoured the internet, read Moolah's autobiography and the WWE Legends books cover to cover and have never seen anything more specific than a reference to 1983 or 1984.

Where does the date 'May 19, 1984' listed several times in the article come from as an offical source for the first time the championship is referred to as the WWF Women's Championship rather than the NWA Women's Championship? Where is the source? From my research it's true Moolah defended her title against Wendi Richter than night in Landover, Maryland, but I've watched footage of the match and never heard the title referred to differently than the preceding or following several matches Moolah wrestled or defended. WWE.com even has highlights of a title match in MSG against Princess Victoria almost a year before on May 23, 1983: https://www.wwe.com/videos/princess-victoria-vs-fabulous-moolah-wwe-women-s-championship-match-may-23-1983

...and if there is no source for the 5/19/84 date then when did the title cease being the NWA Women's title and start being the WWF Women's title? 47.188.196.144 (talk) 11:32, 5 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
