Whistler Air[edit]

What about Whistler Air? I can add this picture, if wanted [1] --Biggerben (talk) 09:26, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You would need to prove that you and the person on that page were one and the same. CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 19:04, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorted list[edit]

I came here to add some entries and found problems. Before the changes the list had 117 entries and after 79. Two airlines were added but 40 were deleted. Of the 40 deleted 4 airlines are defunct and should have been removed. That leaves 36 airlines removed for no reason, possibly in error.

The list was divided into sections, passenger, cargo and helicopters. The passenger was further subdivided into major and minor. However, there is no definition of what is a major or minor airline. So the list had, as a major airline, NewLeaf. They have 3 aircraft, have had no passengers and, so far, no flights at all. So how is that a major airline? The list is just POV.

Another problem is that most of the passenger airlines also move cargo. So should they be listed in both the passenger and cargo section? Where do airlines like Discovery Air Defence fit. They are not passenger or cargo.

The other provincial lists are not separated by type, makes it slightly harder to find what you want, and this shouldn't either. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Sunasuttuq 03:05, 18 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Non-Airlines[edit]

Why are 'Canada Jetlines' and 'New Leaf' on this list? Neither entity has achieved an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the regulator, Transport Canada. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Redawgleader (talkcontribs) 18:49, 22 March 2016 (UTC) --Redawgleader (talk) 19:07, 22 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

They should not be here if they are not licenced airlines. MilborneOne (talk) 20:00, 22 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
