C4FM as a synonyme for FSK[edit]

Many times in this article are they using "C4FM" as a synonyme for "FSK" which is not true.

One example:

APCO P25 - Found in repurposed public safety equipment from multiple vendors. Uses IMBE or AMBE CODEC over C4FM.

What is MGM?[edit]

The "MODE" column in the IARU Region 1 70cm bandplan includes references to "MGM".
The RULES IARU R1 50/70 MHz, 145 MHz and UHF/MICROWAVES CONTESTS, refers to MGM as "Machine Generated Mode":

MGM (Machine Generated Mode) modes are allowed during the 50/70 MHz contest
