The history section is written confusingly, right? Was the Ambassador to Switzerland not always accredited to Liechtenstein? If not, perhaps it'd be for the best to state that explicitly instead of the round-about way it's kind of implied. I think maybe it's simply that the paragaphs are split up like they are, and the second and third seem to say the same thing in different ways.
