Just in case anyone cares, there were 42 works in all three sources, 51 in both books, and 65 in both the 2005 book and highlighted on the IMA website. Cutting 7 to get to a pleasing number was not difficult but it did reduce the coverage of non-Western art, as those collections generally had the least new material on the page for each work, often just repeating the information from the 2005 book. This is a list of artworks[edit]

This is a list about specific artworks. For example, the general article Benin Bronzes does not equal an article about the "palace plaque depicting warrior" http://www.imamuseum.org/art/collections/artwork/commemorative-plaque-depicting-warrior-chief-

Likewise, a mention of a set of artworks in an article about a specific place, San Baudelio de Berlanga does not equal an article about a specific artwork, "Entry of Christ" ... http://www.imamuseum.org/art/collections/artwork/entry-christ-jerusalem-master-san-baudelio-de-berlanga

Fine, I won't tread on your turf again. San Baudelio de Berlanga is a building that once contained the set of frescos now mostly spread around museums in Spain & the US & the article is mostly on these. Good luck with getting an article on the specific painting, and finding something to say about it. You might even try that yourself. Johnbod (talk) 16:23, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
