Source for chart?[edit]

I'm happy to see this article exists, but where are the sources for the chart? I have two that you can choose from:

It depends on how the top-selling is based really. Within the 60s or albums of the 60s?

Hmm... The source that I've been using is an archive of an old page from the Official Chart Company's website (see right at the very bottom), which seems to correspond with the Ash & Compton ref that you've listed. I took the page to be listing the albums that sold the most during the 1960s (rather than the albums from the 1960s who have since sold the most), and that corresponds with some other sources that I can find, e.g. everyHit. Personally, I think that the Ash & Compton source is correct, although I'm more than willing to discuss it further. Thanks, A Thousand Doors (talk | contribs) 17:41, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
