Turkish capitalization[edit]
This list has what appears to be the species names in Turkish. That's cool. Most lists don't have the native language. The thing is that Wikipedia's style is to have species common names in lower case, except for proper names. Not speaking Turkish, I can't easily tell what are proper names and what are not. I've made a copy in my userspace with all the names in lower case at User:SchreiberBike/sandbox/List of butterflies of Turkey. If someone could go through that and capitalize the proper names, I'd be happy to do the rest. Thanks in advance, SchreiberBike | ⌨ 03:46, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
- Based on Turkish Wikipedia and web searches I've attempted to identify the proper names and fix the capitalization, so the list is better than it was. If a Turkish speaker could look it over to check my work it probably would be better yet. Thank you. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 21:33, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
