Incompleteness and lack of interest call into question usefulness of article[edit]

This article has has very little editing activity or views since it was created ten years ago. It has sections for only a fraction of the countries that bestow the rank of colonel general. One would draw the conclusion that it is so incomplete as to lack utility to a reader. Is there any reason to keep it in Wikipedia? Rhadow (talk)
