Don't get me wrong, I'm all for holding corrupt politicians and officials to account, but... I'm not sure this is the way to do it. Presumably the persons listed in the article are living, so we should observe WP:BLP. Moreover, most of the names on the list do not have any citations against them, and the few citations there are point to a single website which may or may not be reliable enough per WP:RS. (All that's to say nothing of the multiple other issues with this article, or that IMHO this hardly warrants an article of its own in the first place.) I'm sure it would help, insofar that it wouldn't hurt at least and would be a step in the right direction. But I think more important than that would be to find a reliable source (or better yet, sourceS) to support this, so that it's a) verifiable, b) neutral POV, and c) not original research, per the WP:BLP guidelines.
