I like this idea, but we have to decide whether we want positions listed along with the flags. The first ones are organized by position, but as it goes on it's less organized. It's just a list. If it was me, and I wanted to know what position Jaime Moreno plays, I would click on his name and look at his page. I don't think its up to us to do that. That's just my opinion.

If we implement something for one section, it has to be uniform, so we have to do it with every other section. Same with the Toronto appearances list. If we're going to do something for one section, we have to do the same for everything else.

Happy Memorial Day.

Reorganize[edit]

Why don't we just have a table?

Player Team Nation
Juan Luis Anangonó Chicago Fire Ecuador Ecuador
Davy Arnaud D.C. United United States United States
Adolfo Bautista Chivas USA Mexico Mexico
Landon Donovan LA Galaxy United States United States

This way you're not updating the information in three locations every time a player enters the league, switches teams or leaves the league. It gets changed one in the table and you're done. You could even add new columns for first capped, number of caps and last capped. Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:06, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And it makes no sense to have the flag icon next to the player's name when it's immediately below the player's nation. The club should be listed. If this survives the AfD, the table makes more sense. Walter Görlitz (talk) 07:38, 29 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
