This list is fully referenced. Please provide completed inline references for every content addition to maintain its quality. When adding to the list please note the quality requirements stated in the comment for each section. Those requirements can of course evolve like anything else with consensus but entries which do not conform to the requirement when they are created will be removed.

Initial contents[edit]
