Reorder District List[edit]

The District Courts section needs to be reordered after updating the confirmation dates of Hannah and Chambers. I'm not sure if there's an easy way to do this that doesn't require manually renumbering a couple hundred entries. Js489991 (talk) 17:10, 3 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I guess it wouldn't be nearly that many. The Hannah one shouldn't be tedious. Js489991 (talk) 17:15, 3 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has proposed to move the "Politics" section from Bill Clinton Supreme Court candidates. I disagree with this for several reasons. First, the material is solely directed to commentary made with respect to Supreme Court justices, not to federal judges generally. This is a list article, not suitable for lengthy discussion of matters secondary to a single section of the article. It is also highly inappropriate for this material to be removed from Bill Clinton Supreme Court candidates, where it clearly belongs in the context of the subject. bd2412 T 04:54, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
