I placed a reference to this page at the page of the Moscow State University in "See also", but it appears in red in my browser, although the link itself works and redirects to this page. Why?--Asimsky (talk) 07:13, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The problem was solved when I changed a link to a direct one with just one name w/o the "|" separator. The problem persisted only as long as I used a form of a wikipedia link with the "|" separator. Just a bit weird...--Asimsky (talk) 10:30, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I copied this list from the Russian version. In the Russian version of it only one case is supported with a link. I went on the site of the University, but they don't carry the list of honorary professors, only a list of honorary doctors; I guess the supporting evidence can be found in biographic pages of those individuals.--Asimsky (talk) 14:42, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I found a way to extract information about honorary professors from the site of the Moscow State University, so I can confirm all the names; the current list is imprecise and must be updated and cleaned from unconfirmed names. Give me some time. I will first re-work the Russian page (already started), then transfer the information here. This will take a few weeks.--Asimsky (talk) 22:20, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I added some categories. Is it sufficient to remove the tag?--Asimsky (talk) 07:25, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
