Are the CARAC and CBUS the same cable?[edit]

Is the listed CARAC cable (Bermuda--Tortola, British Virgin Islands) the same cable as the CBUS one listed in the following article?

Cable & Wireless communications announces investment in new East-West Caribbean cable - Barbados Advocate.
