And not everything in the list is islands. E.g. Houtskär, Iniö, Kustavi, Nagu and Rymättylä are (former) municipalities. Most of them have separate names for their main islands. Kvarken is a sea area (with a lot of islands near the Finnish coast).
It is probably better to describe most islands in articles about the municipality, sea area or such, but the list should not pretend that the articles are about (or the names refer to) individual islands.
