Population equivalents?[edit]

I just came across this article via a Google search. Well done to the person who set it up (User:Calvin411)! I am missing though the figures for population equivalents. I think this would be useful for the lay person. If the data is not available then let's estimate it by providing a flowrate per person, just to get a rough figure.
