The cities of Pekanbaru (region:Pekansekawan), Padang, Balikpapan-Samarinda do have suburbs, yet are not defined here as their suburban zones are too small and far too rural. Banyumas, along with Purwokerto, though dense rural, likewise, is still a regency not even a kota, therefore these cities with their giant rural regions do not belong in the list. No doubt people from there want to inflate their egos, but census figures have nothing to do with egos but data. Lets stick to that data. 72.37.249.180 (talk) 19:08, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
