Each entry is supposed to be portable to other articles, so [[]]wikilinks are present in each entry regardless of similar wikilinks
4C is (partly) user-driven like Wikipedia, so other references should be added
An offshore wind farm is only considered in operation when it is commissioned by authorities and all equipment is capable of power delivery, but non-commissioned wind farms may be added as long as they are hidden like comments using <!-- comment -->
Article scope is Germany, not global, so if File:Offshore wind farms by Year&Capacity.PNG is inserted, please highlight German wind farms using a bright color.
A window size of 950 pixels wide is about minimum for showing current template/list correctly.
