Open University...why on list?[edit]

Open University...it may have a presence in Ireland but it's not an Irish institution. Not registered in Ireland either I believe. Why would it be listed and other institutions that offer distance learning and potentially in-country teaching not be listed too? The Order of the Clans of Ireland confers an award that has a postnominal associated with the award.
