figures on the Allen County Courthouse are attributed to Brentwood Tolan as the artist. He was the architect of the building, not the sculptor. I am just tossing this out for now, perhaps we can improve this? Einar aka Carptrash (talk) 16:22, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
