Wikilinks in the article[edit]

The links for the RSDs are mostly mis-directed, in that they point to towns which were, more often than not, Urban Sanitary Districts. Since, in almost every case, the RSD became the RD without any change, the RSDs ought to be covered by the RD articles, of which, I notice, there are hardly any.
