What makes a company worthy of inclusion on this list?[edit]

This list is missing a ton of "notable" companies. So what exactly makes a company worthy to be included here?

I added Budgy Smuggler, and was then going to create a page for it.

But didn't follow through when i found that an article had been written in the past for it, but was speedily deleted. Which can be found here: http://speedydeletion.wikia.com/wiki/Budgy_smuggler
