is incredibly muddled and I'm not sure what this is trying to say. "Landed in" is also a term I'm not familiar with. Does the author mean "broadcast through" or something else? I certainly can receive DTV in my home.

Unravelled, he's trying to say that the set top boxes used in Hong Kong can pick up and allow you to watch the channels being broadcast from Macao and Guangdong, but unless you are a foreigner or a member of the Hong Kong government you're not legally allowed to.--KTo288 (talk) 15:02, 3 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
