Leyland[edit]

I was trying to find the name of an old British made tractor that a friend of mine had. I knew I'd remember if I saw it, but it wasn't on this list. I found a picture of the tractor and the brand name is Leyland, which I see has a wikipedia page. It's just not on this list yet.

Entries without reliable, independent sources[edit]

While WP:LISTCOMPANY allows for listing companies that aren't independently notable, it does recommend that a citation to an independent, reliable source should be provided to establish its membership in the list's group. Most of the entries in this list have either no source, or simply link to the company's website, which isn't an independent source. Unless someone objects, I'll plan to remove any entries that neither have an article nor a reliable independent source. As it is, this list article violates WP:NOTDIRECTORY, WP:INDISCRIMINATE, and WP:V. Politanvm talk 01:21, 9 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've cleaned up the article to remove non-notable entries and external links. I've left the Verification maintenance template because I didn't personally check that all of the linked articles show these companies manufacture tractors. Politanvm talk 01:30, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
