Sortier-Funktion defekt[edit]

Die Sortier-Funktion funktioniert nicht richtig. Da wird bei der ha-Angabe nur nach der ersten Stelle(8,80,7,777,666,6666) und nicht nach der Größe(7,8,80,666,777,6666) sortiert. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.79.115.60 (talk) 00:59, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's because we use decimal points, not commas. I've changed it and it now works. However the sorting by name doesn't work for some names beginning with umlauts. Not sure how we fix that. --Bermicourt (talk) 07:09, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

revert of my deletion of closed zoos[edit]

User:Bermicourt I came back to work on C-E. But as you chose to revert my corrections completely without discussion although I gave sources for these zoos that have been closed, sometimes for 10+ years, I am not longer interested to help here. Disregard of improvement is most disappointing, Mr. Knowitall. Keep outdated data, keep this misleading list of non-zoos and closed zoos that was copied from an old German version and translated badly,, but dont expect me to help any further. 47.71.12.253 (talk) 09:15, 19 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please be WP:CIVIL. Your edits were reverted because it they looked incomplete judging by your edit comment. If you want to update the information, that's fine, ideally providing citations. If you want to discuss naming that's also fine. Your comment makes me think we should include the original German names, perhaps as a column or in brackets, and I can see that some of the English names need improving. I wanted to work and improve. You only deleted and want to discuss lengthy. Do what you want. Keep zoos that are closed for 10 years like Ahlen, if you are the keeper or owner of this article, your decision. No time for kindergarden. out.
I apologise for upsetting you; that was not my intention. If you want to update the information on zoos and wildlife parks that's great. It might help to list the deleted ones here with links to verify the closure; otherwise it could just look like a random mass deletion. Bermicourt (talk) 18:56, 22 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
