Reason for Creation[edit]

There is a page, List of sequenced genomes with the same information, but its title is incorrect. It does not contain A list of sequenced genomes. It contains a list of listS, just as this page does.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to change the name of an existing page?

What is the Wikipedia "best practices" for this situation?
